Jill Collins, Chad's wife and business associate, works across the board on various projects. She is responsible for the design and implementation of the team's overall marketing strategy. In addition, Jill is responsible for making sure that each listing is show-cased with a customized marketing plan delivered in both print and on the web. Prior to real estate, Jill spent over 12 years working internationally as a consultant in the Customer Relationship Marketing area. Working at Peppers and Rogers Group, one of the premier marketing consulting firms in the United States, Jill is a contributing author to two topselling business books. Her client list includes companies such as Nordstrom, Microsoft, EDS and Sabre.

Deidre Carroll serves as our Listing Manager. As an award-winning real estate agent, Deidre plays a critical role with our clients as she is responsible for the day-to-day management of our listings. Deidre utilizes her in-depth industry knowledge as well as her skills as a top negotiator to help our clients realize their real estate goals. Her attention to detail and her dedication to outstanding client care make her an essential element to the overall success of our team. Our clients form a very special relationship with Deidre and appreciate her on-going communication through the entire listing process. Before Deidre began her career in real estate, she served as a Sales Manager for an international hotel chain and twenty years in sales in the hospitality industry. Her in-depth business experience in sales have assisted Deidre in honing her negotiation skills as well as her overall ability to manage and exceed client expectations.

Paulette Webster serves as our Listing Coordinator. She holds what we consider one of the most critical roles on our team. Paulette is responsible for the daily management of each listing. She handles all incoming calls and serves as a constant interface between our customers and the real estate touchpoints. Paulette has over 20 years in the Real Estate industry. She spent 18 years as an Office Manager. Her in-depth knowledge of this industry, friendly personality and most importantly, her caring heart make her truly irreplaceable to her team and our clients.

Trained by a Fortune 50 company in sales and customer service, Jessica understands the value of rapport with our clients. Appreciating how deeply affecting the process of moving to a new home can be, she desires to leave each contact with the feeling that someone is working hard especially for them. After a decade of administrative work for commercial realty sales staff and attorneys, Jessica decided to stay home with her small children. Once they were established in school, residential real estate seemed a natural choice for her return to the workplace. She is committed to meeting the demands of a team who wants it done right, and says that her keenest ambition is for each client to leave with a desire to share the story of an amazing experience with the Collins team.

Iryna Romanyuk serves as our Administrative Assistant and is dedicated to outstanding client care. Meeting our client's needs are of paramount importance to Iryna and she utilizes her vast technical skills as well as her deep industry knowledge to assist clients in the day-to-day management of selling their home. Her goal is to provide clients with on-going support and an overall smooth experience in their real estate transaction. Prior to real estate, Iryna graduated with a Computer Science degree from Donetsk Technical University in the Ukraine. She worked for a decade as a computer programmer and in 2003 she received her real estate license and has served as both an agent and an assistant. Her passion for helping people and love for the industry is clearly evident in every transaction Iryna is involved with.

Before earning her real estate license, Cheryl spent 36 years working in the education field. In her final position in education, Cheryl served as an Assistant Principal at Johnson Elementary School and Carroll Intermediate in Southlake, Texas. During this time, Johnson Elementary received the coveted Exemplary rating and Blue Ribbon Award. Cheryl has a strong background in management and organization. In assisting buyers in finding their perfect home, Cheryl can be depended upon to provide unparalleled professionalism and personal attention.

Joe Lumpkin serves as our team's Feedback Coordinator. Joe is responsible for following all showing activity on our listings. He stays in constant communication with real estate agents in gaining the feedback from each showing. He then reports this feedback to Chad and to clients to help them better position their home to sell. Joe spent 28 years as a Branch Manager for Ford Motor Credit Company in Amarillo, Texas.
